Internationista Takes Brooklyn: A Global Afternoon of Connection, Style & Community

This past Saturday, April 5th, Internationista brought the vibes, the connection and the global energy to Evalyn’s Tap House in the heart of Brooklyn. From 2–5 PM, the cozy-chic venue was buzzing with 15+ incredible attendees—a beautiful mix of influencers, fashion lovers and travel enthusiasts—ready to connect, play and celebrate everything Internationista stands for.
Connection, Curiosity & Community
Internationista isn’t just a brand—it’s a movement. And on Saturday, it showed. To spark real conversation and fun interaction, we ditched the small talk and dove into games designed to bring people together.
Guests took on the Passport Challenge, where each page led to a new mission—like finding someone wearing the same color, snapping a selfie and writing their name in their “passport.” It was a playful icebreaker that turned strangers into new friends in minutes.
Another crowd favorite? Friendship Bingo. Attendees dashed around the room checking off squares like “find someone who’s been to three continents” or “someone who speaks two or more languages.” The first five people to hand in completed cards won stylish passport covers, and our top two winners scored the ultimate accessory—a chic black bag shaped like a bow. A moment.
Eats, Drinks & Vibes
Guests ages 25 to 31 enjoyed bites that hit just right—mini cheddar burgers and a platter of veggie potstickers were served up to keep the energy flowing. Drinks and additional food were available for purchase, keeping the conversation flowing over cocktails and good eats.
Giveaways That Gave Life
We also had not one but two fabulous giveaways, with prizes that embodied the Internationista lifestyle—stylish, wellness-forward and oh-so-elevated.
Victoria was our lucky raffle winner of two weeks of free unlimited classes at bodycraft, a movement studio in Brooklyn Heights that’s redefining the fitness experience.
