Stepping into the candlelit, hushed atmosphere of AIRE feels like entering another world. The spa features a series of thermal baths, each designed to awaken your senses in a unique way. Some of our favorites included:
The Jacuzzi of a Thousand Jets – A favorite of ours, with powerful water jets massaging every inch of tension away.
The Flotarium (Salt Bath) – Perfect for muscle recovery, with salt-infused water that allows you to float effortlessly while gently exfoliating the skin.
Hot, Warm and Ice Baths – A contrast therapy experience that invigorates circulation and deeply relaxes the body.
The Steam Room – Infused with peppermint, making each inhale feel like a breath of fresh air.
We opted for the 45-minute massage, and it was nothing short of perfection. The experience began with a choice of aromatherapy inhalations—either sandalwood or rose oil (we chose sandalwood)—setting the tone for deep relaxation. Our editor had a male massage therapist and felt completely at ease as he checked in throughout the session.
Using medium pressure, the massage covered the back, legs, feet, shoulders, arms and hands (plus a scalp massage if you’re keen), leaving every part of the body feeling realigned and tension-free. The session ended with a cool jade roller gently massaging the face, helping to reduce puffiness and fine lines. It was a refreshing final touch that made the entire treatment feel thoughtfully holistic.
One of the most fascinating details? The music played during the sessions is specifically curated by AIRE Ancient Baths to enhance relaxation. Every moment is designed to fully immerse you in tranquility.
After the massage, lingering in the baths felt like a dreamlike continuation of the experience. We visited at 10 a.m., and it was the perfect way to start the day—refreshing, rejuvenating and completely reenergizing.
